CurrentOverview: Re-joined Mobily in the newly established Consumer Transformation Department, under Commercial Support, which is mandated to lead, drive and implement the transformation and capability development projects.Implementations include: eSIM platform allowing users to have seamless SIM management through digital channels and Digital Delivery & API Enablement Platform to achieve development of innovative products & services, streamlining the integration of next-gen technologies and… Show more Overview: Re-joined Mobily in the newly established Consumer Transformation Department, under Commercial Support, which is mandated to lead, drive and implement the transformation and capability development projects.Implementations include: eSIM platform allowing users to have seamless SIM management through digital channels and Digital Delivery & API Enablement Platform to achieve development of innovative products & services, streamlining the integration of next-gen technologies and services.Currently part of Enterprise Transformation Team of Mobily for the implementation of a new digital technology stack.Key Responsibilities: Managing the Consumer Transformation and Capability Development portfolio and roadmap which includes Digital Services, 5G, VAS and adjacent services. Working with the Head of Consumer Transformation to ensure the strategic directions of Consumer are in line with the overall transformation goals Managing the end to end development from high level business concept, RFP and use cases development to development, implementation, user acceptance, migration and go live. Working closely and coordinating with all commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing and Customer Care) along with Technology, Finance, Logistics and Operations to ensure smooth implementation. Responsible for the rollouts and communicating the changes to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring appropriate handovers are done Act as the SPOC for Mobily’s Centre of Excellence for transformation and participate in transformation program RFPs and capabilities definition and system selection.
