Successfully delivered several projects on time and within budget in an agile environment to three different clients. Plan, assemble and manage project resources by negotiating with capability managers and project managers to secure the best possible resources to deliver multiple client SSRs. Identify and manage all risks and issues and ensure contingency plans are in place so that projects are not negatively impacted. Represent HPE to the client in a professional manner via several communication methods to keep the client updated with business reports, progress and issues on a weekly basis. Continuously work closely with clients to understand their needs, prioritise projects and improve the overall delivery of each project phase. Responsible for raising change requests and attending change boards to justify the change, its impact and regression plan etc. Change requests raised ranged from changes in scope to installation of hardware to the deployment of software. Set up two SharePoint sites. One to enable colleagues to input their lessons learned and another for risks/issues. The purpose of these sites were to make it easier for advisory boards to monitor these lessons learned, risks and issues. It also allowed colleagues to view lessons learned, risks and issues raised by each other to use as inspiration and learn from. Self-taught and successfully passed CAPM and ITIL examinations.Selected out of 48 colleagues to interview potential candidates and trusted to provide feedback senior managers. This helped senior managers make informed decisions to ensure the right people are hired who will make a great addition to the company.

I took on the role of implementation manager for the decommissioning team where I was responsible for decommissioning physical and virtual servers at various data centres across the UK. I managed all the activities through the entire decommissioning process from the initial request through to the collection, destruction and disposal of a server. Consistently exceeded the target set by the client of decommissioning 45 servers each month. Over the 8 months I raised over 200 change requests that resulted in over 460 pieces of kit being successfully decommissioned therefore reducing costs significantly for the client. Minimised the number of errors and mistakes made by producing a user guide detailing all processes, activities, and useful contacts etc. as well as providing training for new colleagues joining the team. Implemented new processes to streamline current decommissioning processes and for decommissioning pieces of hardware with no process already in place.I became the point of contact for all decommissioning queries and responsible for ensuring all issues were resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. Over 8 teams internally and externally needed to be engaged for decommissioning to take place. I was able to build relationships with each of these teams and develop key contacts who collaborated well together to ensure that decommissioning took place efficiently.
