Work closely with product management to ensure product quality and timely delivery of orders, and with sales to meet and set customer expectations. Responsible for all inventory, order fulfillment, and inventory adjustments.

- Interact with customers to determine the best tool for their job. - Run daily reports to better understand the area trends for equipment usage. - Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups for maximum efficiency. - Manage store operations and employees. - Use expertise in heavy equipment to assist clients select appropriate equipment.
