I help leaders to accomplish their goals a bit faster by consulting on customized human capital solutions (both PEO and non-PEO). Email me to set up a time to talk: zac.mutrux@insperity.comAnswers to top questions I field in an initial call:Q) What services does Insperity offer?A) Insperity helps organizations go farther, faster, by stabilizing health care costs, offloading HR related administrative tasks, and increasing team performance over time. The service catalog includes just about anything you can imagine related to "human capital": technology, consulting, outsourcing, compliance support, employee benefits, performance management, etc.Q) What size organizations do you work with?A) My clients range in size from startups with a couple of employees to middle market companies with hundreds of employees.Q) If we are happy with our insurance broker do we have to change?A) I work closely with insurance brokers to make sure clients are getting the right options. Typically clients keep a relationship with their broker even after becoming an Insperity client.Q) If we sign up does Insperity become the employer?A) The employees never stop being employed by your company. If a PEO option turns out to be the best solution for your company then Insperity will become responsible for payroll taxes and benefit plan sponsorship in a "co-employment" relationship. But your staff are employed by your company at all times.Q) Does Insperity charge a percentage of payroll for services?A) In the PEO model, Insperity's comprehensive service fee is built from multiple cost allocations. Some of these are calculated as a ratio of wages, as in payroll taxes and worker's comp. Others are assessed as a flat dollar amount per employee per day--as in employee benefits and Insperity's fee for technology and services. If you give an employee a raise or a bonus Insperity makes no more money than the day before.
