One of my most outstanding competencies is my ability to understand business needs and effectively convey them to the technology team; I am a bridge between both parties, and I can understand their needs and solutions, which allows for better integration and collaboration to develop better modeled and more effective products at the UX, technological, UI and business level.In the last 11 years, I have led various software development and design teams in advertising agencies and start-ups. I have been working on advertising agencies on projects for big brands such as Walmart, Segundamano.com.mx, Fundación Teletón, ALSEA (P.F. Chang's, Italianni's, Burger King, The Cheesecake Factory, and CPK), KFC, KLM / Air France, Honda, Santander, Papa John's, Soriana, LALA, Mercedes-Benz, Televisa, Buró de crédito, Boston Scientific, Grupo Profuturo, Liverpool among others.I have collaborated on projects that have obtained Effie awards and other recognitions, from the conceptualization, design of the solution, budgets, sale, and production.For two years, I participated in the Medikaway project, where we developed digital tools to take traditional medical consultations to a digital domain, such as telemedicine and follow-up consultations, under a fair business model for doctors and patients.I am certified in UX-PM by the UX Alliance, and I'm currently the CTO and founder of the Social Piper Company, where we develop a comprehensive management tool for social networks aimed at small and medium-sized businesses.
