I believe Jim Rohn summed it up the best when he said “You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.” I found that to be one of the keys to succeed in any pursuit.Growing up in a very entrepreneurial home, I always knew that one day I wanted to be my own boss. During my first semester of college I was given the book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ and it begin to open me up to the idea of creating a life where assets created income for me versus me having to create income. I began to realize that wealth was not about how much money you had accumulated, but more about how much time you had accumulated. That is what inspired me to start my 1st company. I had always loved coming up with ideas & solutions, but never knew how to act on them. After networking with the right people and earning their mentorship I found a way to design a life that I wanted instead of being given one by management.It is not about loving what you do, but more about loving the life that what you do gives you. That is what attracted me to my mentors. They were truly successful in my eyes and my measure of success was not just based on how much money you make, but rather on how many people are better off because you lived. They helped my wife and I become economically independent and retire from the corporate world at 27 and 29 so we could create the family life we wanted and pursue our passions.What we are most passionate about today is mentoring others. We consider it an honor & privilege to help people not only identify their passions & gifts, but also to help them turn them into great opportunities. We believe the world is in great need of more leaders & mentors and are committed to serving that cause.
