My day-to-day activities include but are not limited to project planning, directing project teams and coordinating with support teams to ensure that projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames, within budget and adhere to quality standards of both client and government.I manage a team of professionals including architects, engineers, and interior designs to deliver ABI's commitments, both in our Fit Out and Structural Divisions. This also includes a lot of client engagements to ensure that all stake holders are aligned in terms of project take up and progress.

Leads a group of over 300 strong facility personnel which includes in-house emoloyees and 3rd party service providers. As head, I am overall in charge for the management of facility operations, maintenance and engineering services of installations provided by DTSI Group- Anthem Solutions Inc. to its clients that are under the provision of the Managed Facility Services Agreement, covering a total of 20,000 seats or 104,000 square meters of office space.Apart from Facilities Management, I am also the over-all incharge of Building Management (covering 20,000 square meters), Security and Safety Management (standardization, implementation and operations), and After-Sales and Warranty Management of all fit-out projects handed over by DTSI Group.
