Hello,My name is Zoe and I am a senior nursing major a Robert Morris University. I will be graduating in May 2023 and I am in pursuit of finding a location to work that would be the right fit for me. I will be graduating with my BSN, a minor in psychology, and a minor in health care administration. I have a passion for helping people and a passion for psychology. I have quite a bit of work experience in many different genres of professions. In the past I have worked as a waitress where I learned proper communication skills, I have worked at Allegheny General Hospital's STAT laboratory and as a phlebotomist where I learned about proper handling techniques of specimens, and I am now working as a nursing assistant at Butler Memorial Hospital where I am learning the hands on basics of the nursing field. I am also very passionate about sharing my experiences and teaching others. I have had many opportunities teaching through my years of schooling, but my favorite experience was presenting over a zoom call to a group of women in Uganda about preterm infant care. I understand that in most professions time management is one of the most important skills. I have learned this skill by working part time jobs and going to school full time the last 3 1/2 years. I would describe myself as passionate, hard working, and a lifelong learner. Learning is something I will never quit doing for the rest of my life because I believe knowledge is power. I am so excited to see what the future holds for me and I hope it is learning with whoever is reading this summary.
