Successfully delivered Li&Fung Project (5 floors, about 8500m2), Nike Customization Project (2 floors, about 3000m2), Shanghai Walmart Customization Project (1 floor, about 1700m2), Hong Kong Generali Customization Project (2 floors, about 2700m2) etc.;◎ Office Renovation Project Management, including new partition work, server room renovation, air renovation, IT updates etc. Good clients’ management and coordination with internal team and vendors make projects deliver successfully under tight schedule and cost, completed projects for Bytedance, Concepts, Mars etc. ◎ Design Consulting Service Project Management, acquire the request from clients fully and correctly, coordinate with team and clients to provide the service with schedule. Well managed the commercial work and documentation.

◎ In charge of the scientific research projects, including national projects, local projects, water supplies bureau projects, etc.. Works cover the previous preparation, bidding management, project promoting and funds management;◎ In charge of the intellectual property application and management; ◎ In charge of the budget of department.
