•My role as Account Manager is to develop and nurture professional relationships with key partners in Asia, which equivalent to a material percentage of the company’s revenue, earnings and growth strategy.The purpose is to drive four things:1. Grow existing markets - Support exiting and new partners in leading commercialisation of new products in the various categories. This is done through strong relationships being formed and having a in depth understanding of market trends and consumer buying behaviour.2. Develop and grow partners - Price methodology and long-term strategic agreement negotiations. Including partnering with how the customer can grow their volume and enhance their value proposition. Regularly communicating with partners to understand partners’ future plans within company’s risk appetite.3. Voice of customer - Long- and short- term demand forecasting. Including analysing sales data, partner’s SOH level, and DIFOT performance. Connecting all aspects of our business with our partners’ expectations economically.4. Relationship management- Complaints management. Including liaising both internally and externally during the investigation process, and ensure preventive measures in process.

My role as Account Manager was to be the central contact point for the key partner and contract manufacturing customers, which accounted for 98% of the annual production capacity. The purpose is to drive two things:1. Drive IF sales – Work with the NZD40 million worth partner to grow their infant formula sales in China. 2. Develop and grow contract manufacturing business – Explore and streamline contract manufacturing business globally. My key achievements include:• Negotiated a complicated 3-year supply agreement that benefited both key customer and Bodco. • Successfully organized the livestream on CBEC platform for contract manufacturing customers.• Designed the contract manufacturing process to make it user friendly (menu selection) and minimize the commercialization risks.
