As an English Assistant at YBM English Academy, I was required to perform some duties such as consulting customers, using high-developed computer skills, managing digital customer files, and multitasking skill by answering phone calls and managing students. Furthermore, the role also required me to deal with Excel and Words to record customer’s complaints and customer’s information. All of these skills were conducted while in customer service positions. As a server at Bopbo restaurant, I was in the customer service team and this role had required me to work with cooperation skills, fast responding skills for customer requirements, Smart Serve qualification and problem-solving skills for an unexpected situation.In addition, I’m currently taking Hotel Operation Management at George Brown College. By learning front office management, accounting and service excellence courses, I can get valuable information about hospitality and tourism.
