Zoe is a recent Business Management graduate from RMIT who joined Protiviti in 2022 as a full-time consultant in the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory solution. Through her degree, Zoe has learnt how to manage a successful business and lead individuals - either generally, through change, or in cross-cultural contexts. In partnering her Management major with a Human Resource Management minor, social psychology electives, and a cross-cultural communication elective, Zoe has a fundamental insight on how to lead, encourage and inspire a diverse group of individuals. As a result, she has a keen interest in promoting diversity, inclusion and collaboration in the workplace. She has also become innately passionate about making a difference by helping business’s identify opportunities and refine practices, procedures and strategies to improve their bottom line and create a more productive society.She has applied her knowledge at her previous work managing a close team at Short Straw Café in Hawthorn. Through this experience Zoe has gained many different skills - including social media management, hiring, customer relations, organisation, team building, inclusion, training and communication.
