Title: Merchandiser/Sales Staff and PurchaserMain product: PP woven, non-woven, RPET shopping bag and some other products made from polyprophylene, and polyester.Key task:*Merchandiser/Sales Staff:- Manage the current/new customers and develop customer service+ Directly take care of the key clients in EU such as: Papier Mettler, Meyer stemmle, Swebrand Group, Solent Group, Euro Packaging UK Ltd, Jadiaz Global SL- Give offer and quotation.- Work with other departments and factories to close the lead time and confirm with the clients, solve the problems that happen from manufacturing to shipping process and complaints from clients.- Contact with the Developing Dept. to make pre-production sample or develop the new products/projects.- Send booking requests to forwarders.- Contact with the warehouses and transportation company to arrange loading cargoes (FCL or LCL shipment), send Shipping instruction, VGM to forwarder after finishing loading.- Prepare contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and other documents requested by the clients, check payment every week.- Join in online or offline meetings with the foreign clients or meet directly when they visit factory/head-office.*Purchaser:- Be Responsible for buying materials such as Polyester fabric, Polyester yarn, rivet, velcro, ...- Receive the order requests from Planning Dept. , then contact with the aboard current suppliers or find the new ones to deal with price, timeline, quality, check/approve the pre-production, and close the order.- Arrange payment to get the original documents, follow and arrange to deliver the imported cargoes to the factories as the agreed schedule.- Feedback the suppliers if the goods has any quality problem, then solve/improve and avoid repeating next time.
