• Visualize data and conduct analysis for firmwide derivative variance and underlying market movements, present findings to Controllers senior management • Produce monthly and quarterly reports and collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure accurate representation of data and continued automation of reporting processes, interact with various regulators and auditors• Ensure safety of the firm’s assets by performing monthly and quarterly reconciliation processes, remain flexible and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Support derivative disclosures team with monthly and quarterly derivative reporting processes, conduct industry research, analyze firmwide derivative performance data • Collaborate with peers to automate and streamline quarterly and monthly regulatory reporting processes across several Controllers teams, present final product to senior management

• Support Senior Associate and work directly with Riverside Acceleration Capital transacting deal teams to provide contributions to the venture capital deal process• Gather and analyze past and current portfolio company data to assist the deal team in making more informed investment decisions• Responsible for in-depth company and industry research, financial analyses and modeling, creation of investment memoranda, and execution of due diligence• Participate in weekly investment team meetings and on calls with management of target acquisitions

• Conduct research and analysis for MEP (Multiple Employer Plan) business to produce a final report to present to management• Liaise with plan sponsor communications and marketing team to verify accuracy of the top 200 clients in the NE region’s websites • Coordinate with businesses management office to conduct a data mining project using Tableau, Salesforce, and Unified Desktop • Collaborate with a 10-person team to create a financial literacy program; act as the group’s financial analyst responsible for monitoring and assessing project budget; develop financial report; and present final report to TIAA's executive committee
