As an Associate of Clear Sky & Associates, an Aviation Risk Management provider, performing desktop safety audits at the request of many well known tourist companies within their collaboration group. Working with clients to ensure operators of light aircraft, helicopter, Seaplanes and Balloons are achieving the safety policy set out within the collaboration. When necessary raising findings or recommendations with a grading system and a written final report submitted to the client. When required also available to perform on-site audits worldwide.Working alongside the other Associates ensuring Policies and Checklists are current and relevant, and assisting in the growth and development of the auditing systems and databases.

Promoted to Compliance Auditor joining the DHL Air Compliance Department. Continuing to audit Ground Handling, Loading Mass and Balance functions and supplier catering audits, but also now training to perform EASA Part 145 and Part M audits on stations and providers used within our DHL Maintenance Network.

My career at DHL Air started as a temporary worker covering maternity leave, I was offered a permanent position within the Safety Department, developing organisation and communication skills, learning to take meeting minutes and general office duties. Over my career at DHL I have transitioned through the Company into my current role providing day to day assistance to the Director of Ground Operations and General Manager of Ground Operations. One of my main roles is ensuring immediate follow up and satisfactory closure is received for all air safety reports and ramp incident reports filed within our Safety Management System. This is then monitored via our Company Safety Action Groups which we apply all trending, safety and quality controls and present to the board on a quarterly basis.On behalf of the Quality Compliance Department I am a fully qualified SMS/QMS Regulatory Auditor conducting Ground Handling Loading Mass and Balance audits, Supplier audits, and on occasion also Restricted Commodities Dangerous Goods audits worldwide. We also maintain our airlines IATA membership by ensuring all IATA Standards and Recommended Practises are documented and implemented.With the introduction of our long haul B767 fleet I was responsible for meeting with airline catering providers to negotiate and set up catering contracts for our long haul operation, which our department is now responsible for catering around 2,500 flights per year. I am the airlines POC for all catering complaints, guaranteeing follow up with the supplier and implementation of adequate corrective actions. From this I also perform the Companies mandatory supplier quality audits at all locations around the world, ensuring these facilities maintain high standards and fully comply with the regulations.
