Responsible for seeing all projects on the Credit Protection Insurance Line from start up through to implementation ensuring delivery of training to all teams where required.

Overseeing the general day to day running of a multi functional team of between 18 and 36. Succession planning, setting objectives and targets for the team, setting and reviewing personal targets for supervisors. This role involved regular visits to external clients to assist in securing new business and attending monthly review meetings with existing clients. I represented AON on the Creditor Claims Committee for the Association of British Insurers and dealt directly with the Insurance Ombudsman in respect of complaints and with solicitors for claim cases as well as regular communication with other business areas.All monthly operational reports required gathering information and present data and findings at monthly meetings with clients or to the AON board of directors.I was also responsible for creating and developing training material for the creditor business area to ensure that individuals were business compliant for regulatory purposes. I developed and delivered training material one-to-one and group training for medical claims assessors.
