Processing customer transactions, helping resolve customer concerns and issues.

I worked as a Waitstaff at events and conferences held all across Crown Perth. These events can range from small private functions to large events such as Telethon with upwards of 1000 guests. My responsibilities include serving food or beverages to guests, in particular my assigned tables of 40 people. Monitoring guests to ensure that the Response Service of Alcohol is in place.

My responsibility in this role was to ensure the smooth transition of patrons from entrance to seat. I would be placed around the stadium and provide guests with the information needed to find the correct location of their seats. This also included knowing the layout of the stadium as well as the location of merchandise stalls, food outlets and toilets. When placed in a section it was my responsibility to monitor the patrons in it. On multiple occasions I had to communicate with the main control room when a medic was needed in a certain area, this included providing exact location and details of the incident.
