I have decided to move further away from the Care side and have started my career in recruitment I have learnt a lot since being here and I aim to keep learning and building my recruitment knowledge not just to benefit the company but also our clients.I work with a lovely staff team who support each other through all situations, not two days are the same.

I helped managed a small residential home that supported Adults with Learning disabilities and complexed health needs

I worked as a Support Worker in a small Residental home supporting Adults with completed health needs. i was then promoted to assistant manager
