Having worked in Portsmouth schools with very different demographics, I pride myself on being able to adapt to any situation, remaining positive and passionate in my leadership. I believe I possess and have shown determination, stamina and energy in supporting and leading a school in achieving the very best outcomes for its pupils.I am a very much a team player, leading by example and inspiring and expecting staff and pupils to strive to achieve high standards of excellence. Strategically, I am forward looking and thinking – monitoring and introducing new developments in education, developing staff’s strengths and areas for development and continually evaluating the direction of the school.
