Tasked with creating fresh, innovative multichannel campaigns that represent the brand yet push boundaries in new ways to successfully captivate and engage the customer.Creating, managing and delivering all aspects of the seasonal brand campaign project, from initial conceptual moodboards to production, shooting and retouch, for both still and moving image.Leading art direction for the brand’s creative output; signing off all campaign imagery and video content.Working externally on location internationally with clients as well as a huge team of art directors, photographers, videographers, models, stylists etc.Maintaining an active roster of excellent contacts across the creative sphere to assemble talented teams at a variety of production scales.Managing and allocating budgets.Passionately leading teams both internally and externally, inspiring them to perform, and clearly communicating seasonal brand identity to stakeholders.Evolving the brand’s identity on a season-by-season basis to fit multiple platforms both in print and digital, while guiding the creative team to project this identity through tone of voice, social media, window design and marketing activity.Adapting and reworking this identity for projects throughout the season, including capsule collections and licensed products.

Creation and delivery of high-quality collateral (including product branding, POS, store graphics & signage, marketing campaigns and giveaways, promotional concepts, corporate literature, packaging and large format store graphics).Thorough knowledge of print processes, specifications, costings and sign-off.An excellent knowledge and understanding of fashion marketing, brand communications and visual language, and how to apply this across retail, e-commerce, digital, and social platforms.

Required to develop and maintain branding and packaging for the brands of Debenhams.Work to time constraints and make effective decisions on print finishing.
