As the Audience Engagement Coordinator at the Pitzer Art Galleries, my job entails creating community and making the galleries feel accessible to students. I lead tours, help plan, promote, and execute community events, write newsletters, and welcome visitors. Helping bring the community into the galleries has been an exciting experience.

Prepared and served espresso drinks and café food, greeted customers, and created a warm atmosphere. Responsible for opening, closing, and maintaining the café.

Supported staff with background information materials for projects, compiled and organized data about water consumers, and conducted customer outreach.

Provided support to teachers during field trips by preparing materials, supervising students, and assisting with instruction. Greeted visitors and provided information about the Farallones.

Edited press releases and manuscripts, conducted market research for future products, and contributed to social media accounts and company website.
