As Director of Centre Stage Southern Ltd, I am responsible for the overall running of the business, retention, growth, exposure, marketing and public relations, partnerships, staffing and syllabi.

Launched the company in 2011, which to date now has around 350 students enrolled. Built a creative team of teachers, choreographers, professionals and partnership networks of business representatives, owners and parents. Enabled the school to reach and obtain Ofsted status with childcare vouchers Organised and implemented charitable events on a large scale, community fundraising and corporate functions
