Job duties included: listening to customer complaints about their vehicle and creating tickets for said work that needed to be performed, submitting warranty paperwork, scheduling service appointments, explaining vehicle issues to customer, being sympathetic towards customer reactions, answering phone calls, and greeting each customer with a smile.

Job duties included: planning out scheduling for upcoming week, calling in warranty work, closing out service tickets, answering phone calls and directing customers to appropriate extension, counting cashier drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean work space, placing lunch orders for dealership staff, creating P.O.’s for outside companies, and greeting customers with a warm welcome.

A few of my job duties included: counting back correct change to customer, making sure my work space was neat at all times, refilling self-checkout money dispensers, helping customers locate certain items, greeting customers with a friendly attitude, and restocking inventory when not busy.
