I have experience working in multiple business sectors within the UK & USA. In my current role, from my time at Standard Life and whilst in a management position at Camp Netimus, I have developed extensive experience handling sensitive information and honed strong written and verbal communication skills.As a people person, I enjoy working with others and know to put the customer at the forefront of every decision I make. My time at Costa has enhanced these skills as I have also become familiar with, and confident, dealing with difficult and challenging scenarios.Management and planning are two strong attributes I developed whilst working at Camp Netimus, where I was responsible for leading a team of 13 lifeguards and planning water sports trips for upwards of 20 camp guests. In addition to these core skills, admin prowess and working to tight timescales come naturally to me.I thrive in a busy environment and work passionately both within an ambitious team and in solo situations. My career so far has taught me to be proactive, innovative and compassionate. I have strong integrity and loyalty values. I make a conscious effort to learn, work on self development and I am always open to taking on new challenges.
