I am responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of our clients' digital media advertising strategies across Search, Social and Programmatic. Ensuring our campaigns meet and exceed expected outcomes, maximising our clients’ satisfaction. I provide frequent insights, analysis and recommendations which will inform clients’ strategy and media plans. I stay up-to-date with industry updates and best practices, as well as contribute and work to innovate our products, techniques and campaigns.

A year long Graduate Internship, spending the first 6 months assisting the Campaign Strategy team and Account Director team in campaign production across social and search channels (Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn). Learning behind-the-scenes of different social media platforms, understanding the key drivers to perfecting digital advertisement. Being involved in a range of campaigns from start to finish, with research, planning and execution all the way to post-campaign analysis and reporting. Halfway through the year I move across to the Paid Media team and assist in the delivery of the digital advertising campaigns across social and search channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc). Working closely with Paid Media Analysts, to ensure that key performance indicators are met and our client’s campaigns are at all times delivered to the highest standards.Day to day being responsible for:-Assisting strategists in day-to-day management and reporting on all campaigns; reporting on key statistics as well as providing further insight and analysis to our clients.-Helping coordinate campaigns across delivery teams, biddable, ad ops, and creative teams to ensure successful and timely execution of campaigns.-Setting up media plans to support strategies.-Maintaining internal dashboards so they are the single source of truth for all clients and their campaigns.-Supporting the Campaign Planning team in creating invoices and booking in work when signed off by a client.-Helping with customer record management (CRM) administration & research.-Creating user generated content internally for clients and our internal teams.-Assisting with research for media strategies.-Ad hoc projects within other departments where needed.

Helping to supervise lower level staff and co-ordinate with the directors and senior level staff of the clubs to organise and ensure correct and engaging content is displayed on the social media pages, as well as Implementing digital marketing strategies for this club.
