About Zoe Oakley

Supporting you by successfully managing the delivery of construction projects across London and the South. After a career spanning 20 years in operational management within the retail sector, I embarked on a change of career direction. In 2020 I became a project manager in the construction Industry. In addition to my experience in delivering construction projects in the retail sector from the client's perspective, I now also have Principal Contractor experience. This powerful combination means I have a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful project from "both sides of the fence". I know first-hand the challenges faced by retailers who need rapid roll-out of new and refurbished retail spaces. I use this rare insight to build strong client relationships and a collaborative approach to project management and delivery. What's more, I draw on this experience to support the delivery of construction projects across other sectors where speed, attention to detail and a collaborative approach is vital for the success of the project. This particular Roll Outs focus was on improving the Customer Experience which saw us refurbish the Customer Toilets, a dirty job but someones got to do it!This is just an example of the works we undertake, anything from re-fit/refurbishment works to new build, the possibilities are endless.
