I am responsible for the development and implementation of the Agency's: - Risk Management Framework- Performance Framework- Fraud and Corruption Control Plan- Resilience and Agility Program, including the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plan- Strategic Internal Audit Plan- Insurance Program- Ministerial and Parliamentary Services - Freedom of Information function.

I was responsible for the end-to-end management of performance audits, including planning, fieldwork and analysis, drafting and stakeholder engagement.In 2019-20 to 2021-22, I was also responsible for the Performance Audit Services Group (PASG) Learning and Development (L&D) and a cultural reform program.In 2021, I established an L&D framework, developed multiple courses and subprograms, including induction and onboarding programs, and coordinated over 50 presenters to deliver more than 70 L&D sessions. Where appropriate, the L&D program was extended to other commonwealth, state and territory government agencies. I also consulted several international government agencies to replicate our program.Across the three years I was involved in the L&D and cultural reform program, average training hours per individual increased by approximately 50 hours, and turnover reduced by 14 per cent, within PASG.

I was responsible for recruiting business support roles within a portfolio of government agencies. In 2017 and 2018, I was the highest grossing consultant within my team, and was responsible for getting Randstad invited to a national recruitment panel valued at $10 million.
