-Worked with the USF Health Process Improvement Manager to standardize clinical examination rooms and storage areas in various units at two separate locations-Learned advanced Excel functions to properly document ordering status of various types of medical equipment and supplies-Assisted various clinical staff (including nurses, nurse managers, physicians) in re-organizing relevant clinical spaces for streamlined efficiency in practice

-Served the greater UF Health Shands staff and patient network -Answered all product-related questions with precise, accurate responses-Opened and closed various shop locations with groups of people ranging from 4 additional members to just one other-Learned and utilized customer service skills, including being able to handle conflict when necessary

-Assist an undergraduate lead in gathering data regarding the influence of Cevimiline and 4-DAMP on the septum in a rat's brain. -Influence was tested via a reward-based decision-making task in a maze.-Tasks included running multiple rats per week to gather consistent data and analyzing videos of said data to note any decision-making discrepancies.-Additionally aided in the creation of an abstract and poster for the presentation of resultant data at UF's Undergraduate Research Symposium.

-Unpack and properly tag at least 130 units of clothing per shipment -Ensure product is being placed on the sales floor in a well-timed, coordinated manner -Aid in redoing store layout once a month via the “floor-set” process
