I have a unique combination of experience in education and training, running my own business and as a designer. I have held several roles where I have developed training for an adult audience. Most recently, as Education Director, I have been responsible for ensuring materials and courses are engaging and accessible for a wide range of customers.I have created user guides and manuals for the manufacturing and production processes at my business, Mustard and Gray, which have streamlined new staff inductions and ensured consistency. Managing marketing, product design and customer service, I am adept at producing high-quality output.I am a confident communicator and can tailor my written communication depending on the circumstance. I write learning materials and website content for The Microfactory Spaces to meet the needs of a diverse audience. I create these through a process of user research, storyboarding, content creation, editing, release to production and finally, monitoring adoption to understand usage and implement any necessary improvements.
