A quote by Elizabeth Gilbert that has stayed with me throughout my life is, “If you can let go of passion and follow your curiosity, your curiosity just might lead you to your passion.” The world is a crazy place and there are two things that I find my curiosity constantly driven by: how in the world the Greeks managed to build the Parthenon in 400 BC and how interior design can positively change the way someone’s everyday life functions. Hi! I am Zoe and I can assure you that my curiosity has led me to my passion. Ever since I was a child, I would constantly question "why things were the way they were" or "why this looked like that" and so on. Which has led me directly to my constant curiosity within interior design. I pride myself on reading people and realizing their needs in a space before they even think about needing that certain design aspect that will improve their every day life. I am infatuated with the constant problem solving in design and I love the challenge of facilitating change for clients. As a designer, I am personally drawn to learning about historical design precedents and seeking out ways to incorporate those ideas within modern design.
