Project management for a white label line of trailers at ATC. I was the liaison between ATC and the product designer. The job encompassed all aspects of the manufacturing process from order entry to getting product out the door. Some of these tasks included sourcing, procurement, product development, and quality assurance.

Responsible for the art direction, design and printing of publicity materials for ILS and all related units. This position coordinates with professional staff to produce "state of the art" publications, graphics and visuals for printed and web communications. Assists Senior Editor with production of documents including checking and entering corrections and typesetting publications; assembling materials, including charts and graphic elements; helping to edit text. Consults with contractors and printers representatives. Performs press checks at printers. Ensures all materials are produced in a manner consistent with the highest quality standards of ILS. Coordinates with Senior Editor and other ILS managers for development of budgets and materials projections. Produces statements, tracks accounts receivable. Supervises interns in all aspects of the publications process.

Duties included: Entering data for health insurance billing, scheduling appointments for patients,answering phones, general office work.
