Current• Created and executed a new test plan and procedure for a Thermal Balance Testing campaign• Created and executed test plans and procedures of Thermal Cycling Tests to ensure full qualification for both satellite campaigns and product campaigns. • Analysed thermal performance of CubeSat satellites to CDR level for both LEO and Deep Space missions.• Thermal-Mechanical analysis of a 3 m antenna to investigate twisting and bending in orbit.• Produced designs and drawings for primary and secondary CubeSat structures. • Assisted with an R&D campaign of a 3 m deployable antenna with respect to rapid prototyping, drawings, build and sign-off. The product is now being marketed to customers. • Assisted with environmental test campaign for a 16U CubeSat and payload (Vibration and TVAC).• Assembled flight models of payload antennas and a Structural Thermal Interface Model (heaters, thermal tapes, thermocouples) in clean room environment.
