Responsible for the UI&UX design of Volcengine's Video on demand, Machine learning platform, and Large language model products.

Took charge of four Cross-border E-commercial web & mobile platform's user interface & user experience design. Including 1 to 0 projects and redesign projects. Responsibilities:• Implemented user researches; organized information architecture & user flow; designed wireframes & prototypes at early phases. • Walked through UI design with front-developers; reduced the bounce rates and increased conversion rates via constantly optimizing the web functions and user experience at later phases;• Defined the visual style, which includes photography planning, brand mood board, and UI visual guidance;• Involved in critical thinking, collaboration, and communication with marketing, photography, product, and development teams; took the initiative in pushing project progress.

• Involve in creating marketing strategies to enhance outreach for Sheridan Career Centre events, including the creation of banners, pamphlets, posters and other visual assets.• Launch annual Career Fair event through designing the logo, poster, brochure, floor plan, and relevant graphic assets which are delivered to students, faculties and employers.

• Produced the branded collateral and created new App home page banners for promoting the books weekly.• Worked collaboratively with creative, marketing, product teams to create a vision and to brainstorm ways to enhance the usability of the mobile e-book App.• Illustrated infographics and social media posts that boosted social media shareability.
