Establishes the marketing plan and promotion plan for the pre-opening of the hotel and has effectively executed the plans into the local and national market.Initiate the brand activation programs in order to positioning The St. Regis the leading luxury hotel in Changsha city.Apply the global re-branding of the new St. Regis brand and core value and ensure those brand standards immersed in every aspect of the internal and external design, communications materials and marketing messages.Ensures high quality, excellence and value in work processes and outcomes by exceeding standards.Effectively collaborated and communicated with all other department’s staff and management team, coordinating the combination of information, leading the completion of tasks and ensure the smooth of the operation.Responsibly over viewing for online marketing & social media.Liaise with national and international Media to maintain the exposure of the grand opening and the promotions of the hotel.Work with PR agency and organize the grand opening media fam covering 26 medias national-wide and successfully host a 3-day explore event to promote the hotel and the destination, with over 180 clippings which are involved in the Top 5 clipping monitored by Marriot in May 2017.Organized various marketing and media activities and events such as the grand opening event, ribbon-cutting ceremony, wedding show and Michelin Week at the hotel, attracting and effectively positioning the hotel as the best address in Changsha.Actively communicate with major media to gain more exposure or create stories.Oversee collateral, photographs and have successfully conducted the 40 shots of the hotel official photographs and the submission to the Starwood Asset Library.Plans and coordinates various partnership activities
