I am a Senior Business Leader, Board Advisor and Strategic Development Specialist, expert in influencing the delivery of commercially-focused business strategies, currently as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Withers & Rogers LLP. In my current role, I support the development and management of the firm's operational activities. I work alongside the Chair to deliver a business strategy that offers great results for our clients whilst working to strengthen our employer brand.In my previous role at BDO LLP, I coordinated and delivered the firm’s strategic framework working across business streams to ensure identification and delivery of priorities.
