Gross sales are upwards of 11-12 million dollars and currently still growing with popular sales increasing in the menswear department.Focus is on marketing development through budget allocation into large marketing events towards target market groups. In charge of leadership development of store representatives and store ambassadors for the grassroots initiative of using WOM marketing to promote product for lululemon. Increased the men's sales upwards of 25% as a result of the proactive brand marketing activities and events we brainstormed and brought to fruition.
