Clinical Research Coordinator
CurrentNew member of the University Stem Cell Center research team, investigating the clinical application of autologous adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) for both cosmetic and regenerative purposes in wound care, lipodystrophy, and breast reconstruction patients. Duties include direct patient care pre and post-operatively, isolation of ASCs during the surgical procedures, coordinating studies and producing papers for publication.Publications to date include “Adipose Stromal Vascular Fraction Isolation: A Head-to-Head Comparison of Four Separation Systems #2” in Annals of Plastic Surgery, and "Cell Assisted-Lipotransfer for the Correction of Facial Aging and Contour Deformities" in Stem Cell Research and Therapeutics, with additional papers forthcoming.
