About Zoë Brett, Ph.D., M.S.Ed.

I have been teaching neuroscience for almost ten years (29 semesters!) at Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM). I am passionate about sparking student enthusiasm and curiosity for the brain and its pathways, and I am proud to empower students with the skills to succeed in their medical careers. My background in neuroscience includes behavioral, molecular, and epigenetic aspects. I have published several peer-reviewed articles, presented at international conferences, and received multiple grants and awards for my research. I enjoy mentoring and supporting the next generation of medical professionals and scientists, both as a module director and a faculty advisor. My mission is to advance student knowledge and practice of neuroscience and to inspire others to do the same.
