I work within the European Travel Department of Sony Europe as a Project Coordinator for internal projects – specifically for the roll out of the new Corporate Credit Card to 26 countries they operate in within Europe. My skills have also expanded into the Travel arena which is a very dynamic and diverse industry.Day to day I support internal and external customers with all aspects of Project work, including front line support, arranging meetings, reporting to management on a regular basis, managing KPI’s within the team, communications to the European Business as a whole, mailbox and documentation management and much more.

My current role is Senior Project Coordinator for Gwynt y Mor, continuing the work I have been doing since 2010. I am also currently acting as the Team Lead for the Project Coordinator's in the UK; this part of the role is in a handover stage. At present I am training and shadowing members of staff to increase my skills in order to become Team Lead for the UK.
