As a result of this project Buglife has been awarded the largest grant in its history - an investment in securing the charity for the future. -
Programme ManagerCharis Grants 2003 - Apr 2007- Managed grant making via 4 charitable trusts – awarding grants to individuals to assist with utility arrears and essential items they were in need of- A member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to CEO- Managed a team of 11 staff and all Grants Unit operations- Initiated and led a Business Process Review which resulted in fundamental changes and significant improvements to internal processes. I restructured the department, introduced more effective use of technology and redesigned the assessment process. As a result a long-standing backlog was cleared and targets were exceeded.
