- All round inventory management including by POS allocation, inventory replenishment and control, stock-on-hand monitoring and reshuffle, forecasting and planning on GWP, tester and collateral usage and procurement, arrange PO for sell-out counters, marketing and trade campaign stock support and stock take arrangement and approval etc. - Analyze the demand and trends to provide insight and business intelligent for demand planner on market & customer to minimize out of stock situation. Close collaboration with warehouse about orders processing to ensure timely delivery and fulfill logistic needs.- Prepare various inventory reports to monitor inventory level and maintain accurate POS stock-on-hand record, thus carry out timely adjustment ensure operation accuracy. - Gatekeeper for all ordering timeline within the brand for promotion, campaign and events with sufficient inventory support.- Support other retail projects such as POS opening & closing and frontend support for big sales events, product pricing adjustment, code changes & cleansing, new launch item creation and regular touch base with key trade partner etc. - Key contact points of retail system, maintain operation efficiency by involve all functions of daily store operations and admin work. Work closely with finance team on invoice review and approval, PR/PO creation, petty cash & cash flow handling and invoice settlement. Responsible for target and incentive memo drafting, system error handling. Vendor communication on repair and maintenance etc.

Sales: - Create sales reports and monitor frontline & counter-performance.- Assist commission and incentive calculation & memo drafting.- Handle PO and invoices, and organize internal & external staff sales, provide insight to boost sales, and support other ad-hoc sales events. Operation: - Assist in inventory management, such as arrange daily stock replenishment, in-charge of GWP, and tester. Arrange stock take and follow up on stock discrepancy. - Set up brand operation manual and KPI to measures staff service standards and performance.- Support operational arrangement on new store opening and closing. Handle counter daily operation and admin work, e.g. communication with shopping malls and vendors, counter repair & maintenance arrangement, and other ad-hoc operation tasks. Training:- Analysis training needs to organize both online & classroom training.- Enrich frontline knowledge by creating training materials e.g. PPT, exam paper, training bible and training tools.- Participate in regional training conferences - Handle training admin work e.g. arrange training schedule, keep training record, and other ad hoc tasks, etc.
