Honors & Awards- Champion of the Quarter 2 & 3 in Year 2021 - In Recognition of the Achievement- Clarivate Hero of Quarter 4 in Year 2021 - In Recognition of the Achievement• Responsible for cash collection of designated customer portfolio using Collection, CRM, Salesforces software which includes contacting customer by e-mail and phone to secure payment and resolve billing disputes in a manner that is fair and equitable and maximizes receivable recoveries as well as providing professional and attentive services that preserves the ongoing relationship with each customer.• Works closely with sales team to solve customer's issues and be responsible for problem solving any customer issues with customer while ascertaining the nature and reason behind the payment concerns or disputes.• Escalate problems or concerns to supervisor to secure approval for any non-routine concerns/solutions.• Works and assists team members whenever necessary or relevant to insure maximum cash flow, minimum risk, and customer satisfaction.• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by team lead on a permanent or temporary basis.• Ability to understand and meet monthly goals and targets as set by Management.• Monitored accounts receivable aging and worked with various areas to address business needs.• Reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize or eliminate bad debt through effective risk management.
