• Managed and maintained good relations with over 100 client accounts (private and corporate): quoted, developed and invoiced events of 10 - 800 people • Developed and implemented a new standardized pricing structure that reduced quoting time and increased bookings• Created innovative event concepts with high profile clients and managed them from start to finish under strict deadlines (corporate events, galas, weddings, cocktails, etc.)• Coordinated logistics and ensured good relations with project suppliers, from rental companies to entertainment

• Worked closely with Design on building a worldwide collection adapted to Aldo customers on all continents• Conducted thorough trend research and put together mood boards and presentations • Maintained clear communication on a daily basis with over 15 supplier accounts from Asia and Europe • Negotiated prices with suppliers, effectively achieving target costs for buyers• Inspected production samples for aesthetics, fit, design and quality and coordinated problem resolution

• Launched a new sister brand and nationwide pop up shop retail concept in partnership with Costco Canada• Developed the brand identity, logo, marketing strategy, pricing structure, and booth design• Created a global budget and strategy for the project and recruited, hired and trained staff

• Created the Baartmans and Siegel website and on-line store (using IM Creator) • Coordinated and styled the SS13 photo shoot for the on-line store catalogue (casting, location, photographer & on site management)• Collaborated with the designers and PR firm on concepts for the 2013 Spring campaign and fashion show

• Prepared inventory for two auctions and followed up with dealers and customers • Worked with management team to organize the Frieze Contemporary Art Fair party for Vanity Fair magazine
