I am free to do what I do best!After 15 years+ in the industry, I know there are so many ways to approach recruitment &, as a result, there can’t be a one-size-fits-all approach that will help every candidate find the right position for them & every client find the right next hire for their business. In other words, an effective recruitment solution needs to be bespoke & built around the needs to each client – taking the time to under them, their requirements & their needs & building a recruitment solution around them. Recruitment can’t be rigid, it needs to be personal, bespoke & ever-developing to ensure that the clients & candidates we’re lucky enough to work with are offered exactly what they need from us. I launched Vermillion Analytics at the start of 2024. We don’t over promise & under deliver, we won’t cajole you into taking a role that isn’t right for you (our candidate), nor will be put unqualified candidates in front of you (our client).
