I am a climate scientist with a passion for understanding the physical processes that drive extreme weather and climate events. I have expertise in designing and executing global climate model experiments, analysing big datasets, statistics and visualisation. One of my favourite parts of my job is communicating and presenting science. I have presented my research both nationally and internationally and have published in high-quality journals. I am particularly interested in ensuring that climate research has an impact outside academia and have led and contributed to reports for policy makers, industry and the community, and have appeared in radio, online and print media.
