My role is to contribute to the provision of a high-quality environmental awareness and application through participation in all aspects of technical support provision for site staff and project managers, in accordance with CORSERV/CORMAC policies and priorities and within national and professional environmental standards and guidelines. Site Co-Ordinator for the Rail Sector of C.Spencer Ltd (From September 2015)Previously Administrative Assistant for the Rail Sector of C.Spencer Ltd (September 2013 - September 2015)I worked as a Site Coordinator for the Penzance Depot Enhancement works in Cornwall. The works were to extend the HST Shed to move maintenance services from Old Oak Common to Penzance. As well as completing the administration for the project, I held various environmental responsibilities such as weekly noise monitoring on site, tracking our resource usage and maintaining our waste records.I previously worked on other project: Gravesend Rail Station, New Cross Gate Depot, Hackney Interchange, Eastleigh Remodelling and Finsbury Park Phase 2B. I provided administrative support on these projects including:- Document Control which includes scanning and uploading documents to the correct locations on our online documentation system, updating document and drawing registers, issue drawings and other documents under signed document transmittals, produce forms & spreadsheets, compile information for project close out- most notable for Gravesend Rail Station- Reception Duties - booking meetings and managing meeting schedule, receipt of post and deliveries, signing in staff and visitors- For Hackney Interchange the project was the construction of a walkway connecting Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations as well as relocating a children's playground in the local area. I am responsible for issuing documents to Transport For London under document transmittals as well as sharing documents on two document sharing platforms. I also handle the day to day administration including organisation of the document system, completing time sheets for external subcontractors, raising purchase orders for materials required on site, organising meetings and managing project staff diaries, managing project figures and collating information for period progress reports.

In my position I was part of the department that handled customer orders where incoming purchase orders from clients were processed on our internal ordering system. I had to manage orders of varying sizes from one off orders to large projects. I collated information for large project orders in trackers to capture manufacturing times and co-ordinate delivery dates and installation of furniture from internal and third party suppliers. Another responsibility was to be a communication point for queries with orders and also handle any customer complaint.sAdditional job responsibilities I had including assisting the management of the Quality System and I helped with preparing for ISO Accreditation Audits. I also played a fundamental role in helping to implement new systems to assist with our quality control and managed the figures and KPIs for the monthly and annual reports.
