Family owned and operated production company with over two decades of music and food festivals, originating with The San Francisco Oyster Fest and expanding to include events from coast-to-coast. o Coordinate up to 30 unique vendors per event including security, stage production, sponsorship, food and beverage as well as working with talent agencies to book headliners and supporting acts.o Responsible for booking venues up to 15K attendees, coordinating flights, lodging, transportation and event dates for talent and interfacing with city officials to secure permitting, licenses and resources.o Aided in accounting needs to ensure appropriate management of tickets sales, vendor billing and other financial obligations were met and closed out appropriately.
