Zoe has an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Organization Behavior, Business Analytics, Strategy. She started her post MBA career at VMWare with BU Central FP&A role focus on budgeting, planning, and reporting consolidation and driving standardization across R&D. She is now a Finance Manager for VMC on AWS and Hyperscalers businesses, partnering with BU leads and functional leaders in managing financial processes, driving process improvement, and providing topline decision support. Prior to Tepper, Zoe has 4 years of experience working in Corporate Finance at a leading global electronic design automation company, Cadence Design Systems, where she rotated through different finance roles supporting Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and G&A business units in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting as a BU controller. As part of her MBA internship, she interned at Amazon as a Senior Financial Analyst and partnered with Retail Business Services team to standardize labor planning process across four international locations. As a Finance Business Partner, Zoe enjoys learning about the business she supports, turning data into actionable insights, and providing her recommendations to help BUs achieve both operational and financial goals.
