I worked in the Technology Services Department at the Town of Cary. I helped update many computers from Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office 2013. I also replaced over 700 desk phones and printers for all the Town of Cary employees. I marked my progress through Microsoft Excel and the Town's service catalog and ticketing system, known as Samange. During this internship I interacting with other town staff, fine tuned my communication and presentation skills, and used my technology and problem solving skills to complete tasks.
