I joined the brand during the transition and implementation of a new business strategy and creative direction launched for AW18.► Worked with Buyers to determine product pricing strategies; regular competitor shops and market analysis to understand trends and brand positioning.► Facilitated product training sessions on the ‘new’ approach to Pink, as well as seasonal collections for UK & European retail teams.► Created seasonal range books used by Retail Merchandising and Wholesale teams during buy weeks: implemented new processes to gather visuals and product details (article codes, descriptions, imagery). ► Initiated and implemented a fortnightly 'key product messages' briefing to encourage sales for under-performing products.► Controlled and managed all showroom samples.
